You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you. Orders can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. 

We within the USA (50 states)

Within the U.S., standard shipping is $3.95 for all orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship due to processing time. Once your order ships, standard ground shipping orders arrive in 5-10 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing time. 

Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination.

Returns are allowed within 30 days of shipping. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Espieve purchase, please email us at Hello@Espieve.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description of the problem in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch with a solution. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is a result of a product defect or our error. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of a product defect or our error.

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Your refund will be credited to the credit card used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
